E-Portfolio – Masters of Education

In the Winter of 2021, I started on an educational journey enrolling at Athabaska University for a Master of Education in Open, digital, and Distance Education. One of the culminating tasks of the program is to present an e-portfolio which chronicles one’s personal learning journey. This part of the website is as much to keep me organized and on task as it is to share with the world.

I am currently in my 5th course MDDE 610 MDDE 601: Introduction to Distance Education and Training (Winter 2021)

One of the assignments in the course is to learn something new using a self-paced learning application. I have always wanted to learn how to create a website, and now seems as good a time to start. This site is the result of the assignment. But why stop here why not create a spot where I can journal my learning journey as I progress through the program and create an E-portfolio chronicling my academic adventures.

Blogging

Though I’m not one to Journal. I genuinely want too there is a tremendous amount of research that indicates the benefits of Journaling both as a therapeutic process and as a memory aid. Athabaska provides a blog location to participate in the process. If you are interested in my personal journey and discovery, please feel free to check it out.
